  3. SmartPaper is a totally unique Windows application designed to brighten up your working environment.

  5. Simply run the SMARTPPR.EXE program and you will be able to put bitmapped backgrounds in all your MDI Compliant applications
  6. (multi-window programs like Program Manager and File Manager and a host of others).

  8. You can choose a different bitmap for each application, or even let SmartPaper choose them randomly for you! 
  9. SmartPaper can choose a different bitmap for a particular application each time you start it, or even every few minutes. 
  10. You can also choose to tile the bitmap across the background (good for the bitmaps that come with Windows for use as 'Wallpaper', or centre it in the Window (good for 'pictures').
